Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days during business hours Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, delivery times may vary.

Domestic Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping (yet!).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@solastablvd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier about any missing or undelivered packages. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced, we will do our best to assist you, however we are not liable.

COVID-19 Update

Please allow additional time for processing orders. USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped and reach out to USPS for more information if your order is delayed.
