Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receiving your order. To make a return, please email us at hello@solastablvd.com with your name and order number.
Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags, be unworn, and in new condition. Returns must be received within 10 business days from the time of your request. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. Please refer to the Returns section to initiate a return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or reshipment.
